Service Program Manager

To ensure exceptional operational and financial performance for key service accounts, the full-time Service Program Manager will lead the deployment of effective processes and technology, manage stakeholder communications, and oversee project coordination while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the service request process for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless event management Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of service activities and expectations Monitor program metrics and facilitate corrective actions to align performance with expectations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience Experience with service operations in complex healthcare systems Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 or 13485 standards Experience managing customer and supplier relationships, preferably in operational strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
