Customer Program Manager

Leading customer projects from kickoff through delivery, the full-time remote Customer Program Manager will manage complex technical implementations involving AI and machine learning, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with customer goals. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk strategies in collaboration with account teams Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive communication Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or technical customer projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
