Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - Saratoga, NYShift: 07:00 PM-07:30 AM Weekends: Every other weekend/Holiday requiredRequirements:License: Current New York State licenseCerts: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)Experience: 3 years of current ICU experienceEMR: EPICCompliance: Must complete an on-site ECG exam with an 85% or higherLocals: Cannot reside in Warren, Washington, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Columbia, Greene, Dutchess, Ulster, Albany countiesRTO Policy: Must be available through the holidaysResponsibilities:Provide care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.Monitor and assess patients' conditions and provide interventions as necessary.Utilize advanced equipment including hypothermia devices, balloon pumps, and pulmonary artery lines.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.Document all patient interactions and care using EPIC.Educate patients and families on health management and hospital procedures.Notes:Facility has parking available.Scrubs required.ShiftShield – Powered by TLC Nursing ShiftShield is TLC Nursing's exclusive Placement Guarantee Program — your paycheck safety net between assignments.
