Technical Project Assistant - Aviation

STV is seeking an organized and outgoing Technical Project Assistant - Aviation to assist one of our Aviation clients in Chicago, IL. This position will be fully on site at our client site in Chicago. Job Responsibilities include: Office Operations & Facilities Reset conference rooms after meetings (chairs, technology, supplies) Oversee booking, scheduling, and on-site support for ORD Next team Oversee on-site support for large conference rooms, including troubleshooting conflicts Manage space planning and seating assignments, including moves or reconfigurations to support team growth Technical Assistance Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards. Report to and coordinate with the ORD Next team Coordinate Program Management Team (PMT) ORD leadership schedules Schedule and facilitate meetings, including ordering meals when necessary Serve as the internal communications hub for ORD Next updates, reminders, and scheduling information Required Experience: 8 years+ experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office atmosphere Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Self-motivated decision maker and problem solver Strong planning, organizational and communication skills Client-focused and a strong work ethic Must be able to pass a federal background check Compensation Range: $83,978.91 - $95,975.90 STV offers the following benefits Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) Disability insurance Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment 401(k) Plan Retirement Counseling Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) Paid Holidays (9 days) Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) Continuing Education Program Professional Licensure and Society Memberships STV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
