Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough interviews with service users in school settings to assess their emotional, social, and educational strengths and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored support plans that set measurable, achievable goals based on individual assessments.

• Engage with clients via phone calls, teletherapy, and in-person sessions, providing crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams as necessary.

• Provide vital referrals to external resources, services, and community supports to help clients achieve optimal recovery.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records of clients’ progress and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Attend and contribute to case conferences, advocating for clients’ needs and representing your assessments with clarity and professionalism.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for families and stakeholders involved in the client’s welfare, ensuring consistent communication and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
