Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to gauge each student’s emotional state and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that take into account their unique circumstances, goals, and cultural considerations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, ensuring that students experiencing acute distress receive the immediate care and support they require.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Equip clients and their families with psychoeducational resources, enhancing their understanding of mental health and coping strategies.

• Foster a collaborative approach by working alongside a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly to assess therapeutic effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to care plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
