Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through virtual consultations, fostering a trusting and therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct initial assessments, brief screenings, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Engage clients and their families by facilitating effective communication and temporarily coordinating care plans to ensure continuity of services and support.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions conducted through digital platforms, ensuring patient confidentiality and safety.

• Identify potentially unsafe situations, applying appropriate crisis intervention strategies, and engage in on-call support as needed during and after program hours.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, documenting all activities meticulously to comply with organizational standards and insurance requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees, contributing to the continuous improvement of patient care services and quality of agency delivery.

• Ensure timely completion of all required reports and data submissions to maintain compliance and enhance service quality.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
