该职位来源于猎聘 Product Data Scientist（GeoOps） Base：广州/深圳/北京/上海 1、负责 GeoOps 核心 KPI 与评估体系建设，覆盖 Routing、Dispatch、PUDO（上下车点）、Operation Map 等核心业务方向 2、设计并维护算法效果评估指标，包括但不限于： Pickup Success Rate ETA / 绕路率 用户改点率 Cross 路率 PUDO 推荐准确率 Dispatch 效率 车辆利用率 L50/L85 类指标 3、基于线上数据、CEP 回放与离线数据集，对 routing / dispatch / PUDO 算法进行效果分析与问题定位 4、建设统一的数据 pipeline、指标口径与 dashboard，提升指标可观测性与团队协同效率 5、分析真实用户行为与运营数据，包括真实 pickup/dropoff 点、用户修改行为、区域热度等，推动算法持续优化 6、支持线上实验（A/B Test）、灰度分析与策略评估，为算法迭代提供数据支撑 7、与 Routing、Dispatch、Map、Planner、运营等团队协作，推动 GeoOps 系统级优化 8、建立从“线上运营问题 → 数据分析 → KPI 定义 → 策略优化”的闭环能力 岗位要求： 1、计算机、统计学、数学、数据科学、运筹学或相关专业本科及以上学历 2、熟练掌握 SQL，具备大规模数据分析经验 3、熟悉 Python / Spark 等数据分析工具与数据处理框架 4、具备扎实的数据分析与统计基础，能够独立完成指标设计、问题分析与效果评估 5、熟悉实验设计（A/B Test）、指标分析与数据建模方法 6、具备良好的逻辑分析能力与跨团队沟通能力 7、能够从复杂业务问题中抽象核心指标，并推动数据驱动优化 优先条件： 有自动驾驶、Robotaxi、Ride-hailing、物流配送或地图相关经验者优先 有 Routing / Dispatch / ETA / Recommendation System 相关分析经验者优先 有运营优化、供需匹配、推荐排序或实时决策系统经验者优先 有 dashboard、数据平台或指标治理经验者优先
