Marvin Behavioral Health & Recovery Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our compassionate team focused on delivering quality care for individuals in recovery. This position is fully remote, allowing therapists flexibility in their work-life balance, with a focus on creating a supportive work atmosphere. This setup includes cutting-edge telehealth technology that fosters effective communication and interaction with clients while maintaining quality care standards. Your role will be embedded within a team of professional therapists who are continually sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Utilize a billing service to manage claims and insurance processes, streamlining administrative tasks to maximize time spent with clients.
• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, adapting treatment plans according to each client's unique needs and progress.
• Maintain diligent, timely documentation of client notes and all required record-keeping activities to ensure compliance and uphold quality of care.
• Efficiently manage scheduling for ongoing appointments while ensuring your calendar remains updated.
• Embrace a variety of clinical presentations, demonstrating flexibility and a client-centered approach in therapy.

Our client base is diverse, ranging from young adults to older adults facing addictions, mental health challenges, and relationship issues. As an LCSW at Marvin Behavioral Health, you will cater to clients who are motivated for change, requiring therapeutic interventions that are both empathetic and evidence-based. Effective communication and cultural competency are vital in navigating this demographic.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology with a current, independent LCSW license in the state of Texas.
• Strong professional boundaries, self-motivation, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development, enhancing therapeutic skills while maintaining a healthy work ethos.
• Availability to work full-time—20-25 hours per week—with at least two evenings a week to accommodate client needs.

• Candidates with significant training and experience treating couples will receive special consideration, as this is an essential focus area for our practice.
• A history of collaborative work and a team-oriented attitude will complement the Marvin Behavioral Health ethos.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. As a full-time W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive compensation that fosters job satisfaction.
