Description
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Temp to provide immediate support to their accounting team through the end of the year. This role will assist with AP-related tasks, archiving, record organization, and general support to help the department manage outstanding work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable processing and related administrative tasks.
- Organize, archive, and maintain AP records and documentation.
- Assist with invoice and vendor documentation as needed.
- Review information for accuracy and completeness.
- Support the AP Manager with outstanding projects and backlog.
- Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
- Dependable, accurate, and able to start quickly.
