Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to promote clients' emotional health.

• Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person sessions, utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients and foster collaborative relationships with team members.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is preferred, we also value hands-on experience and the skills developed through practice. Candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy, or community mental health settings will be given preference.
