Confidant Care Consultants is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time role, specializing in the treatment of mood disorders. This role will primarily be conducted remotely, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential services to those in need. Our clinic operates during standard business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that your evenings and weekends remain free for personal pursuits.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaboratively create individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific symptoms, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery process.
\n
• Track and monitor each client’s progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
\n
• Stay abreast of developments in mental health research, particularly regarding mood disorder treatments, to enhance clinical practice.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and ongoing treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies that promote best practices in therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Advocate for clients, working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues and promoting awareness of available mental health resources.

This role focuses primarily on individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults, addressing their unique challenges through compassionate and skilled therapeutic practices.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Proven expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, to manage mood disorders.
\n
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in successfully treating clients with mood disorders, with a focus on achieving positive clinical outcomes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in treating mood disorders.
\n
• Experience in a community health clinic environment or similar practice.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
