Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while effectively serving patients' needs. You will work typical hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient appointments outside regular hours as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect cultural nuances, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient's background and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, adapting methodologies to suit the individuality of our diverse clientele.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on addressing mental health challenges and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary, comprehensive care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients experiencing acute mental health situations.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources that can aid in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage actively in ongoing team discussions, cultural competency training sessions, and case conferences to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration and patient care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to integrate new strategies into your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Previous experience providing individual and group therapy with an emphasis on cultural responsiveness.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and a composed demeanor during challenging situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and computer applications related to mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
