Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide care from a location that suits you while connecting with clients remotely. However, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with your peers at our clinic. Your working hours will generally be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for a diverse range of patients, using evidence-based practices to devise and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively support clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
