Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services to stable, low-acuity adult patients receiving hospice care, focusing on their emotional and psychological needs.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' physical, mental, and emotional states to develop a clear understanding of their needs.

• Create and implement targeted treatment plans employing solution-focused therapy methodologies tailored to improve the clients' quality of life.

• Monitor client progress diligently throughout the treatment process, adjusting strategies as needed in collaboration with other team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Assist clients in developing practical coping skills and strategies to manage their emotional challenges, contributing to a more peaceful end-of-life experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults in hospice care, many of whom may be experiencing a wide range of emotions stemming from their life-limiting diagnoses. Your skill in providing empathetic support and effective therapeutic techniques will play a significant role in helping clients and their families navigate this critical period with dignity and comfort.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure, with acceptable licenses including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Candidates with provisional or limited licenses or those with a history of disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience, particularly in mental health settings or hospice care, is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in clinical and diagnostic skills, demonstrated by a successful track record in managing varied caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus.
