Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients’ unique needs and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a richly diverse patient base. Our clients include first-generation immigrants, ethnic and cultural minorities, and LGBTQ+ individuals, each bringing unique perspectives and life experiences. Through tailored interventions, you will empower these individuals to navigate their mental health journeys while facilitating resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state-issued license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
\n
• Demonstrable expertise in mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence.
\n
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy with an inclusive approach tailored to diverse patient backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, able to respond effectively to urgent mental health situations.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
