Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will assume a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions, encouraging clients to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized, empathetic counseling sessions, helping clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress using a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are experiencing mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches, particularly for those involved in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The goal is to nurture their healing journeys and empower them to achieve lasting recovery, fostering a sense of hope and transformation.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid LPC license to practice in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
