Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique needs through in-depth assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group sessions. Techniques may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to ensure holistic care for patients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records following legal and ethical standards, fostering a responsible and compliant practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, accompanied by a generous bonus structure and performance incentives.
