This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide services from your chosen location. Our practice operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to establish a schedule that suits your lifestyle while meeting client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Conscious Therapy & Psychiatric Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and evaluate their specific needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental wellness.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions designed to assist clients in processing trauma, enhancing coping mechanisms, and promoting healing.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all clients.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and support during critical incidents, employing sound judgment and rapid response techniques.

• Education clients and their families about trauma responses and available community resources, fostering an informed approach to recovery.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients affected by trauma, and you may see a range of cases that require sensitivity, insight, and thorough understanding of trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Solid knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage clients with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential for managing patient documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000–110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
