Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design tailored treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals and outline appropriate interventions.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops and support groups to enhance clients' understanding and engagement in their therapeutic journeys.

• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on treatment plans and share insights regarding clients’ progress.
