Payroll & Accounting Coordinator

Join Our Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll & Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Perform basic accounting functions. Enter employee information promptly into the appropriate systems. Maintain accurate payroll records, files, and supporting documentation. Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding. Complete other duties as assigned by the Administrator. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience. General knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Experience with budget implementation is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
