Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking a hospitality-focused Nurse Manager, RN to join our exceptional team! A Few of Your Responsibilities: * Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), social engagement, and maintaining independence as needed. * Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and develop, monitor, and reassess care plans. * Provide daily updates to the Director of Health Services regarding resident conditions, staffing, community needs, and nursing supplies. * Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and community policies. * Coordinate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services with interdisciplinary care teams.

• Participate in resident care conferences as needed.
• Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new nursing team members.
• Support direct resident care, including bathing, feeding, toileting,

answering call lights, transportation, and participation in activities when needed. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license in the State of Minnesota.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two (2) years of Assisted Living experience preferred.
