Job description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Deep SFMC knowledge (Email, Journey Builder, Data Management, Marketing Cloud)
- Digital marketing strategy and execution skills
- Data analysis, segmentation, and CRM best practices
- Integration and API knowledge
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and other core SFMC functionality.
- Proficiency with AMPScript, SQL, data modeling, and API-based integrations.
- Experience connecting Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise marketing technology platforms.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
