Funding Coordinator

Seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Funding Coordinator, this full-time remote position will manage incoming wires, fund and disburse files, and prepare funding packages while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to confidentiality standards. Key responsibilities: Receive, post, and send out incoming wires Fund, balance, and disburse files, including setting up wires and printing checks Complete funding packages and review balances to print refund checks Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Escrow/Closing, Title, or Real Estate Financial Services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Customer service-oriented with a high level of accountability
