Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Pasadena, TX . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate payroll processing. Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 400 employees in Texas
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now
- Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Assist with payroll reporting and administrative duties
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Previous high-volume payroll processing experience required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Experience with Sage and Pacific Crew Time is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour (DOE)
