Founding Revenue Operations Lead — GTM & Data

Pace, a NYC-based AI operations partner, is building its first Revenue Operations function. You will own the RevOps tech stack, design the data model, and integrate tools across GTM to drive real-time visibility and accurate forecasting.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create scalable processes, dashboards, and playbooks. This foundational role demands hands-on builders who can move fast and communicate clearly in a fast-growing company.
