Service & Warranty CoordinatorHelp Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience After the Sale.We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service & Warranty Coordinator to manage service requests, warranty claims, and customer support activities related to windows, doors, cabinets, and other building material products. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, manufacturers, vendors, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of product and installation issues.ResponsibilitiesReceive, document, and manage incoming service and warranty requests from homeowners, builders, contractors, and project managers.Coordinate service appointments with field technicians, installers, and subcontractors.Review warranty claims and determine eligibility based on manufacturer and company warranty guidelines.Communicate with customers regarding claim status, scheduling, and resolution timelines.Order replacement parts and coordinate material shipments with manufacturers and suppliers.Create and manage service work orders from initiation through completion.Track open service tickets and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.Process warranty documentation, photographs, inspection reports, and manufacturer submissions.Collaborate with sales, operations, project management, and installation teams to resolve customer concerns.Maintain accurate records in CRM, ERP, and service management systems.Assist with service invoicing, customer documentation, and reporting as needed.Qualifications2+ years of experience in customer service, warranty administration, service coordination, dispatching, or construction-related operations.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the building materials industry, including windows, doors, cabinets, millwork, or related products.Familiarity with residential or commercial construction processes.Experience coordinating field service technicians or installation crews.Knowledge of warranty administration and manufacturer claim processes.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.Paid time off and company holidays.Stable and growing company with a strong reputation in the building materials industry.Professional development and advancement opportunities.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and proactive.
