As part of the detox center team, you will collaborate closely with addiction specialists, medical staff, and other social workers to ensure clients receive holistic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of children and adults as outlined in collaborative treatment plans. Document each session to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive psychotherapy plans that incorporate achievable goals and objectives, adjusting them in response to clients’ progress.

• Actively participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Provide consultative services to other treatment team members, sharing expertise in therapeutic practices and community resources.

• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to state licensing standards and company policy.

• Serve as a liaison to coordinate with external community-based treatment professionals when necessary, fostering collaboration that enhances client care.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries while managing legal requests, including subpoenas and court appearances, following company policies.

• Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions, recognizing regular attendance as a key function of your role.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
