Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as required for school-based services
- CFY candidates and experienced SLPs welcome
- Strong background in pediatric speech therapy
- Experience (or willingness to learn) teletherapy platforms
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
- Develop and monitor therapy goals in alignment with IEPs
- Provide direct and teletherapy-based services
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions
- Foster a positive, supportive environment for students
