Service Contract & Sales Liaison

The Mission: Join our team as a Service Contract Liaison, where you will be the primary point of contact for all service-related agreements. You'll act as the vital link between our Sales, Finance, and Repair teams to ensure our customers receive seamless support and accurate billing.

What You'll Do:

Manage the Lifecycle: Review, enter, and update service contract orders, ensuring clear coverage and pricing terms.
Problem Solve: Investigate and resolve complex billing issues, contract terminations, and overdue invoices.
Empower Sales: Provide historical data and cost analysis to Sales Reps to help them win renewals and new business.
Collaborate: Work across divisions to ensure multi-layer deals are processed correctly in SAP and Salesforce.
Educate: Act as the subject matter expert, training internal teams and customers on service coverage options.

What You Bring:

2+ years of experience in contract administration, sales support, or a related field.
High proficiency in SAP and Salesforce (strongly preferred).
Strong analytical skills-you enjoy digging into the "why" behind a billing discrepancy.
Top-tier communication skills and a "commitment to excellence."
