Description
Position Title: KVCC Accounting Assistant II/Cashier
Bargaining Unit/Salary Level:
Salary and benefits commensurate with the Agreement between the MCCS Trustees and the MSEA Support Unit as a Level 12. Salary range is hourly $20.53-$22.25.
Minimum Qualifications:
R equired: Associates degree in accounting/business administration.
Preferred: Bachelors degree Two years combined experience in collections accounting. EXCEL as well as communications and organizational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from financial data.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential in performing the functions of the job.
- Experience working well within a team environment strong interpersonal written and oral skills; prioritize and multi-task: database Skills and working knowledge of word processing
Work Schedule: Full-time in-person position. This role requires the employee to work on-site during regular business hours.
