Office Assistant II - Elementary - ** INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY **

Job Title

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, provide responsible office support duties requiring an understanding of the operations, procedures and functions of an assigned office or school site; greet and assist visitors, assist in assuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Requirements / Qualifications

Type or input data at 45 words per minute. Candidate must submit a typing certificate from reliable agency indicating a minimum of 45 words per minute proficiency dated within one year of posting date. (Online certificates are not acceptable.)

Comments and Other Information

Location: Country Hills Elementary School Work Schedule: 8.0 hrs./day, 5.0 days/week, 10.0 mos./year Sick leave and vacation are earned on a prorated basis at a rate of one day per month. There is an available insurance policy for hospitalization, major medical, dental, vision, and life. School employees must join the State School Employees Retirement System.
