Work Environment\n

This position is designed for remote work, allowing our counselors the flexibility to provide services from a location of their choice, promoting both work-life balance and access to a wider range of clients. Your daily interactions will primarily be conducted through telehealth platforms, which leverage technology to deliver effective counseling remotely. Our outpatient office serves as a central resource hub for team collaboration, training, and client meet-ups as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to children, teens, young adults, and their families through virtual platforms, adapting approaches as needed based on individual client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, regularly revisiting these plans during scheduled sessions to ensure effectiveness and adapt to evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team including licensed mental health counselors, clinical psychologists, and licensed clinical social workers to provide integrated care.

• Maintain comprehensive records of client assessments, treatment progress, and documentation according to Harmony United’s compliance policies and state regulations.
\n
• Engage with Emora Health’s clinical leadership to share insights, improve therapeutic processes, and enhance the overall treatment experience for families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse array of clients, including vulnerable populations such as children and young adults facing emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as families navigating complex dynamics. Your influence will foster healing and development, guiding clients through their therapeutic journey with sensitivity and understanding. By leveraging evidence-based practices, you will help clients build healthier relationships and develop effective coping strategies that can last a lifetime.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon is necessary for independent practice.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience delivering psychotherapy or counseling services independently.

• The candidate must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days from the date of hire.
