Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools facilitated by our clinical team to assess client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with various teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support strategies, enhancing client experiences and outcomes.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and uphold the quality of our services.

• Serve as a connector between clients, relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure potential partnerships or funding opportunities.

• Participate in professional development activities such as conferences and statewide meetings to remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• An independent LMHC license that is recognized by the state board is essential to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
