Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to deliver effective therapeutic support.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and to address any concerns during scheduled appointments.

• Design, implement, and continually adjust personalized, client-centered treatment plans based on assessments and feedback.
\n
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and progress notes for each client in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized therapy approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, focusing on a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and maintain licensure.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care and support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
