Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage a dynamic caseload of clients, establishing rapport through open communication and maintaining professional ethics at all times.

• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients, assessing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Participate actively in individual supervision and peer consultation to ensure best practices in therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to promote integrated care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Griffin and Associates, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in creating safe and supportive therapeutic environments that facilitate healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and Pittman systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be given preference:

• Proven expertise in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort and skill in conducting intake assessments and sessions comfortably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this vital role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, offering guaranteed rates which allow clinicians to be compensated ahead of collections, eliminating delay in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
