Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to individuals experiencing major mental health issues and emotional disorders, ensuring culturally sensitive treatment tailored to the individual’s needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, engaging in individualized care planning that includes input from clients, their families, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services, including therapy and community resources, to support sustainable recovery.

• Carry a manageable caseload and deliver thorough documentation in a timely manner regarding client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, including assessments and discharge criteria.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support resources as needed to promote safety and stabilization for clients.

• Engage consistently with team members to advance collective goals, sharing insights and collaborating to improve agency service delivery and quality initiatives.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
