Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional ambitions
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living abilities
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to ensure continued progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Pursuit of continuing education or additional certifications is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification needed
