Job Description

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and craft individualized therapy strategies that empower them to achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Use evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with fellow therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Inform patients and their families about therapeutic techniques to support continued progress beyond the therapy sessions.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track towards their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and actively supported.

Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is required.
