Candidates for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a proven track record in executive engineering leadership, with a focus on R&D and product development. Core technical competencies in mechanical engineering, fluid power systems, and automated controls/PLC platforms are essential. The role requires a hands-on leadership style, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize manufacturing and sourcing strategies.
