Responsibilities
- Provide direct Med Surg nursing care to adult patients with varied medical/surgical diagnoses
- Monitor patient status, perform rounds, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and respond to clinical changes
- Document care, assessments, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC)
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust patient care plans
- Assess discharge needs and participate in discharge planning and patient education as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia (or eligible with verification as applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience in a hospital setting
- EPIC EMR experience required
- No time off requests (RTO) during the assignment
- Candidate profile must include: work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days, skills checklist, references, certification card, and Nursys license verification
- Ability to work night shifts and meet the demands of a fast-paced Med Surg environment
