Medical Staff Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the medical staff governance structure, the full-time Medical Staff Coordinator will coordinate and perform clinical privileging processes for medical staff and allied health professionals while working fully remote from Colorado. Key responsibilities Performs clinical privileging for medical staff, ensuring all licenses and certifications are current Maintains files on medical professionals, including information on licensure, disciplinary actions, and malpractice suits Ensures compliance with medical staff accreditation standards and participates in policy development Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; certification as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Staff Management (CPMSM) preferred Minimum of 2 years of related experience in medical staff coordination or credentialing
