Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on clients experiencing substance use disorders, ranging from mild to severe cases. Your expertise and empathetic approach will be crucial in building trust and rapport, enabling clients to feel safe in their treatment environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Deep understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment models, and recovery-oriented practices.

• Experience conducting individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, and includes potential bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to enhance your transition into our organization.
