Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, including evaluating clinical symptoms and determining appropriate diagnostics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs, goals, and preferences, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, actively engaging clients and employing therapeutic techniques to promote healing and personal growth.

• Provide urgent crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, offering immediate support and guidance through defined protocols.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client records, ensuring all documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, complies with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to develop a cohesive care approach that addresses clients’ holistic needs.

• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment pathways, promoting understanding and access to community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
