Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize a variety of psychological assessments and diagnostic tools to accurately evaluate clients' conditions and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting realistic goals in collaboration with clients, while continuously monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services, including risk assessments for suicide and potential hospitalizations, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in emergency situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Maintain detailed, timely documentation of client interactions and services within our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

You will work with a diverse clientele within the Phoenix community, including individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program and current LCSW licensure in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
