Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will carry out the following essential responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and couples dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Utilize effective parenting strategies that address mother/daughter conflicts and blended family adjustments, ensuring a supportive and cohesive family unit.

• Document and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect the evolving needs of each family member.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
