Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations of patients to assess their mental health needs and identify potential barriers to treatment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique history, diagnosis, and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Implement both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating a supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.

• Provide ongoing assessment and treatment modification based on client progress and feedback to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Document all clinical activities in accordance with departmental standards, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Advocate for patients’ needs by coordinating community resources and social support systems to enhance their treatment experience.

• Attend regular team meetings to collaborate with other professionals and ensure comprehensive care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse clientele, addressing their mental health needs in the context of family dynamics, grief, and coping with life-limiting conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
