Operations Manager The Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and manages the restoration division, leading day‑to‑day activities within the facility. The role ensures job schedules and products meet customers’ quality standards at minimum costs. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels. Manage tasks and activities of a diverse workforce to ensure jobs are processed in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with all restoration staff and delegate appropriate duties. Develop and implement processes to improve performance. Develop employees for greater responsibility, improving their skills and knowledge through appropriate instruction and training. Work with support personnel to ensure all job aspects are met and prevent delays in the job process. Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and implement safe working procedures in assigned restoration areas. Position Requirements High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. Valid Driver’s License. 2+ years of management experience. At least five years of restoration industry experience preferred. IICRC certifications preferred. Experience building a strong team with tangible leadership skills. Strong process and results‑driven attitude. Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented. Knowledgeable in relevant computer applications. Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to repeatedly push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
