This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. The core working hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM, empowering you to manage your schedule while ensuring client needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices and tools.

• Provide consultations and collaborative input in developing pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and within required time frames to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure holistic and effective client assessments and interventions.

• Participate actively in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to all operational standards.
\n
• Develop positive working relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, cultivating partnerships that enhance service delivery and program resources.

• Engage with the community, serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, and promote accessibility to mental health resources.

• Attend professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

• Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with our mission of promoting mental health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your role involves developing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and encourage clients to actively participate in their treatment process, ultimately guiding them towards achieving their personal goals for recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, providing you with a strong foundation in mental health practices.

• An Independent LMHC License issued by the relevant state board is essential for practice.
