Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.

• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific goals and challenges faced by each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic interventions tailored to a diverse range of clients, from those with substance use disorders to those navigating emotional crises.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver holistic care that aligns with organizational goals and enhances client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and thorough.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking recovery from addiction and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC license in the state of Washington is mandatory for this role.
